The 2008 International Sports Biomechanics Symposium (Guangzhou) has been    sponsored by the International Society of Biomechanics in Sports(ISBS),the  Chi-nese Association of Biomechanics in Sports (CABS), and the Guangzhou Sport    University. This event  is organized by the Guangzhou Sport University.The symp-osium will be held on the 30th and 31st of July in Guangzhou , directly before the  International Convention on Science, Education and Medicine in Sports.

Sports Biomechanics is an essential academic entinty within the field of Sports Sc-ience and, as a very active organization, the China Society of Sports Biomechani-cs (CSSB) has been holding its biannual national conference since its establishm-ent in 1980.

We are honored to be the host of this symposium and cordially invite you to attend a well-organized forum for the exchanging of ideas, wisdom, experience, and res-earch achievements in the field.
